I bought my elliptical from Advantage which was great. However 2 weeks ago I called to get them to come and move it to my new house. He said we would check the schedule and call me back. I have left 2 more messages and no call back. So far service after the sale has been terrible Update I finally got ahold of someone and they helped me! Hopefully they will be able to follow through and take of my disassembly.
Sales person Lou Greco is very good and responsive. Service manager Jim Rohan is also good and responsive although he refused to service a machine we were going to buy from a competitor, which is not good. The person responsible for delivery of expensive equipment, Marty Seamon is awful. He is totally unresponsive, claims he'll schedule a delivery and never does, and lets weeks go by without communicating. I'm ready to cancel our $3000 equipment order because we can't get it delivered. Update: We got the equipment delivered today. It's awesome. Advantage does do a stellar job at sales, service and delivery / setup. I was just frustrated at communication regarding delivery.
